I’ll start this post by saying I LOVE my little boy, he is such an adventure everyday, and his spunk really keeps me on my toes! But it wasn’t until I had my daughter Mia that I realized the special bond a mother and daughter share. When I look into her dark eyes I know that there is something deep that we share, and though I enjoy this time in her life as an infant taking care of her, and nurturing her, I also look forward to those days when she will be able to talk to me, I like to imagine the kinds of things she is going to have on her mind!
Our friend Lauren (who has not one but TWO boys!) thought it would be nice to have some special pictures of just her and her 5 month old daughter Naomi. I thought it was a perfect idea, and it got me thinking I would love to do a little photo shoot like that with Mia and I too (gotta convince my hubs to do it!) What a sweet little baby girl! Born 5 wks before Mia, hopefully they will grow up being great friends!
I hope you and Naomi can treasure these pics of the two of you for a long time to come, and look back on the them fondly when she’s all grown…
