I was born and raised in New Hampshire, where I developed a passion for outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, and kayaking. My photography embodies this passion, evoking the spirit of New England as I capture both the small details in nature as well as landscapes and natural light portraits. I enjoy any opportunity to get outside, explore new and familiar places, and share my unique perspective through my photos.

My enthusiasm for sports photography began several years ago when I started shooting photos at my daughters’ volleyball games. It wasn’t long before I was hooked on the technical and creative challenges of capturing the energy, emotion, and skill of athletes in motion.  I love the thrill of anticipating the action in hopes of being in the right moment at the right time; capturing the perfect shot, telling stories of strength and skill, and preserving memories for athletes and teams.

I live in Acton, MA with my husband, two teenage daughters, and our rescue dog. I continue look for chances to share the beauty I find in the world - in people and in nature - through my photography.
